Superior Disc Golf was started in 2018 and established in 2019, by Artist and Avid Disc Golfer, Mark A. Nowicki.

“I started playing officially in June 2017. A buddy, Scott Thoren introduced me to Disc Golf and set me up with my first player pack of a Discraft Heat, Discraft Buzzz, and an Innova Polecat Putter. After a couple rounds and playing in the 2017 Trilogy Challenge, I was hooked and the rest is history. Within the first Season, I got to know the Awe-Mazing Upper Peninsula of Michigan Disc Golfers and cemented my place within the UPDGA Community.
I’m a Graphic Designer/Illustrator/Musician/Web Designer and designed Logos, Stamps, Posters, and Designs for local clubs, tournaments, and Disc Golf Pro, JohnE McCray. I enjoy putting all my creative loves of Art, Videography, Photography, and Music into disc golf to further “Grow the Sport”. Superior Disc Golf was formed to further the Superior Discs Brand.
